By accessing or using the GetOTTs website (getotts.com) and purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Services

GetOTTs provides access to digital subscription services through authorized shared-plan and personal-plan models. Products include but are not limited to:

• Streaming platform subscriptions (Netflix, Prime Video, Hotstar, etc.)
• Music platform subscriptions (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Premium)
• AI tool access (ChatGPT Plus, Midjourney, Claude Pro, etc.)
• VPN services (NordVPN, ExpressVPN)

3. Account Usage

When you purchase a subscription through GetOTTs:

• Shared Plans: You receive access to a profile on a shared account. Do not change passwords, remove other profiles, or modify account settings.
• Personal Plans: The subscription is activated on your own number/email. You have full control within the platform's terms.
• Do not share, resell, or distribute credentials received from GetOTTs.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway. We accept UPI, Crypto (USDT, BTC), Binance Pay, and digital wallets. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all applicable taxes.

5. Delivery

Credentials are delivered automatically to your registered email within 60 seconds of successful payment. In rare cases, manual delivery may take up to 30 minutes.

Please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy for detailed information. We offer 100% replacement guarantee for the duration of your plan.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Changing passwords on shared accounts
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Reselling credentials without authorization
• Using the service for any illegal purpose
• Filing fraudulent payment disputes/chargebacks

8. Limitation of Liability

GetOTTs acts as a reseller of digital subscriptions. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the original platform providers. Our liability is limited to the replacement of non-working credentials or wallet credit equivalent to the purchase amount.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
